As we know you are aware of these uncertain times, we at CDG Electrical are committed to remaining open and available for all your electrical needs.
We are, however, taking the health and well being of our customers and staff very seriously.
To do our part in stopping the spread of Covid 19, we will be complying with social distancing recommendations. Please allow as much space between yourself and our technicians as possible. Our technicians will also be wearing masks while indoors or when social distancing cannot be properly maintained.
We ask that if you have any of the following that you kindly call our office and reschedule your appointment:
- Shortness of breath
- Have traveled out of Canada within the last 14 days or have been in close contact with someone who has
- Been in contact with someone who is confirmed to have or suspected to have Covid 19 with in the last 14 days
Changes to Estimate policies:
Estimates have typically been done in person so our technicians can properly access areas and give the best pricing possible. During these times, estimates can still be done in person or can be done by phone or email. If you would like your estimate completed by phone or email, we ask that customers send as much information as possible (drawings, pictures, measurements, etc.) via email and we will call at a time that works best for you if we require more information. We will also be extending the expiration date on estimates from 15 days to 30 days.
In closing, we want all our customers to know that we have the same concerns as you. As a community, if we stay strong and all do our part, we will get through this.
